Urging our nation's leaders to end hunger

Central and SE Ohio Offering of Letters Workshop
Broad Street Presbyterian Church

The current budget crisis threatens devastating cuts to programs that help poor and hungry people, both in our country and abroad. Learn how you, your friends, your church and campus colleagues, and others can help reduce poverty and hunger by urging Congress to create a circle of protection around programs that help poor and hungry people. Hear stories about programs that transform lives. Get advocacy tools, the creative spark, and the knowledge you need to make a difference.

So come join us, meet other Bread members and justice activists in your area—as well as your Bread regional organizer, Jon Gromek—and get energized to make a difference! Check out the Offering of Letters campaign materials online.

The workshop is free and open to the public and for all area Bread for the World members. While there is no cost please bring a free-will offering of jarred peanut butter in support of Broad Street Presbyterian's Food Pantry.

Questions? Email jgromek@bread.org or call 1-800-619-9239. We look forward to seeing many of you in Columbus, OH!
