The Network of Religious Communities is hosting a joint conference with Bread for the World and the Hunger Action Network of New York (HANNY). The Conference is named "A Circle of Protection: Why we need to protect programs for the poor." With budget cuts and deficit reductions occuring, Bread and HANNY will be presenting on the 2012 campaign that looks at protecting and promoting state and federal programs that are vital for the middle and low-income community during these difficult economic times.
